At Build a Brat, we believe that what you put on your table matters. That’s why we started our business right here in Shawano, Wisconsin, with a simple mission: to honor our faith, support our family, and serve our community a better product.
We watched the market get flooded with low-quality, mass-produced brats loaded with mysterious fillers and synthetic additives. We knew our neighbors deserved better. We stick to traditional standards, honest ingredients, and a commitment to keeping our prices accessible for everyday family gatherings.
